Sometimes the annotation location is off (even with overrides)

I know that the location can be off because Google doesn't update the highlighted text prop of a comment if the text was changed AFTER the comment was made. That's what the overrides are for.

But for some reason, in rare cases, it's still off by a character or two. 🤷🏻‍♀️
