incorrect cpu, memory and swap values on debian 13

[halsatif]

on debian 13 (trixie), the "system information" widget shows incorrect memory and swap values.

actual values:

free -h

Mem: 15Gi total, 3.4Gi used
Swap: 7.9Gi total, 0B used

termora shows:

Mem: 9.00MB / 6.00MB
Swap: 0 B / 0 B

the same system reports correct values in fastfetch and /proc/meminfo.

environment:

debian 13 (trixie)
kernel 6.12.74+deb13+1-amd64
16 GB RAM
8 GB swap

looks like memory/swap information is being parsed incorrectly or there is a unit conversion issue.
