Change Quick Select OpenDNS IPv6 DoH

The IPv6 addresses for the IPv6 DoH quick select OpenDNS resolvers is incorrect. The ones there are the sanbox IPs, not the regular ones. Just a heads up. :)

The IPv6 for OpenDNS are as follows: 2620:119:35::35 and 2620:119:53::53. So you don't have to go searching all over the place. :)
