Linc-Bot

⚠️ Note: This project was built using Rasa v3.x. Rasa has since released newer versions with significant changes.

Linc-Bot was built using the rasa opensource framework to assist users in the restaurant domain.

Features

• Manage reservation: create new reservation, check for existing reservation details, delete reservation.
• Subscribing to mailing list: new subscription, unsubscribe from mailing list
• Answer food related queries: general food query e.g. “bestsellers”, “allergens” and specific menu query.
• Display menu.
• Handle human handoff requests.
