Bug - Itch updates fail to prompt user when only one file on remote is updated #84

What happened?

Can you add an option to ignore updates for a file? This is often relevant to mods that have a large number of files where the individual file hasn't actually been updated even though the mod page itself has changed version number. And on itch.io it seems like it just downloads the most recent file from that page and overwrites the one you had. E.g. if you installed the Colonial Battle Bus from Foxhole: Battle Bus Mod via an itch.io API, it will show you the update arrow for that mod the next time you open TrenchKit. If you click it, the Warden Battle Bus file gets downloaded and overwrites the Colonial Battle Bus's data, though its filename and UI name stay the same, i.e. War-WindowsNoEditor_028_BattleBusColonial.
