Right Click New Tab fails &&& Dynamically changing menu based on user click render

Amazing work mate! Big Fan, running into a few issues.
1.Right Click to new tab fails to return URL
2. user clicks the button and puts input into the session state, upon re-render after click menu does not immediately refresh with updated menu, instead you need to click again on menu for refresh
