Add myo-inositol catabolism genes to knock-out tests

Description of the issue:

The effect of several knockouts in the inositol metabolism on the growth is tested on both glucose medium and myo-inositol medium: Yu, L., Li, S., Gao, W. et al. Appl Microbiol Biotechnol (2015) 99: 3141. https://doi.org/10.1007/s00253-014-6368-1

Expected feature/value/output:

These knockouts should be included in the test set-up

• Incorporate these knock-out phenotypes into the test-set
