SBOL Visual Paper
Lukas and Carolus edited the paper to finalize it with respect to the reviewer's comments. Now it is ready for everyone to leave comments.
Submission of revision is due to 11.08. Prashant will submit it on the 10.08.2025.
SBOL Converter (Java)
Goksel reported on finishing the Java SBOL Converter. Prashant will get in touch with the Python SBOL Converter developers and discuss the next steps. As the Java converter is done, the main obstacles should be removed.
Gonzalo reports that all simple examples for SBOL2 and SBOL3 are done and points out that aligning the two converters is essential.
IWBDA Organization
Gonzalo will take over the SBOL workshop again and we agreed on gradual improvements for each year.
SBOL Funding News
Prashant organizes a document to support SBOL Funding and he will share it with us in the next week.
