10 Years of SBOL Visual Paper

Paper is close to submission. Prashant will finish the cover letter and will send it around for everyone to check.

SBOL2 to SBOL3 Converter

During this years Harmony, we primary focused on the converters. Efforts where split into two groups, one working on the Python and the other on the Java converter.

URIs have been a large issue, however this is solved now.

Funding

We will participate in BDACs funding round to collect money for SBOL.

New Project

The next important project is to redesign the SBOL website. In this regard, the most important aspect is to redesign the user flow and structure of the website to allow more natural navigation and to provide the different user groups a very quick access to the aspects relevant to them.

Documentation

For the documentation of design decisions or general aspects on the development or the website, people should use GitHub as the other channels like Slack or E-Mail are prone to information loss or do not allow for public access.
