Push-up notifications

Hi @SwonVIP would it be possible to enhance the app with push notifications?
So the user can enable a "full cistern" and "empty cistern" notification. Or even better: the user can setup his own notifications and can setup at which water level ( in percentage) the notification will triggered.

It isn't that easy, because that would mean that you have to create some browser task, which will call the water Webservice regularly isn't it ?
