SteamDB link added in new BBCode

Ress has added the SteamDB link to new posts: https://cs.rin.ru/forum/viewtopic.php?p=3366544#p3366544

Currently our script doesn't break because it checks if Genre(s) follows Store Page, so it doesn't make duplicate links. However, we may consider changing the way we display the SteamDB link to be consistent with the BBCode.
