Enable collapsing quotes option broken on certain messages

For example https://cs.rin.ru/forum/viewtopic.php?p=3285786#p3285786 contains the download links in a code block in a spoiler but it is collapsed to a spoiler which doesn't work.

For https://cs.rin.ru/forum/viewtopic.php?p=3285379#p3285379 the links are in a quote in a spoiler but the spoiler is collapsed to another spoiler and breaks.

There are probably more examples as I only looked in one page in one topic.
