Server error with no Backlog or Stories

Report from the user:
Somehow I got to "Plan an iteration" with no Backlog or Stories,
and when I click update, I get "Internal server error"... however, when I
click on the already "planned" iteration, if I click "Start Iteration" it
says "Stories must have some story points (estimations).
