Getting "You must have an active Xbox Live Profile to be able to save"

Describe the bug
When I load into the game and press start, I am presented with a screen saying I need an active Xbox Live Profile to be able to save. It says to press the guide button to create one, which does nothing. I'm doing it from scratch rather than transferring a save from Xenia. Sending the screenshot of the screen and a zip of my save folder

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load game
2. Press Start in the main menu
3. Get presented that screen, you are unable to save gardens

Expected behavior
To be able to make a save and be able to continue and be able to save a garden

Some more information: I eventually was able to get it to make a profile once after that, and then when I restarted my PC it was suddenly giving me that message again.

It seems like if you have 2 controllers plugged in you will get this. Did you maybe have 2 controllers plugged in?

I don't think I had two controllers plugged in, but I did turn off and on my controller sometimes, and I also have a bluetooth speaker and some Bluetooth headphones connected to the computer at the same time as a Bluetooth controller.

Unfortunately I have exactly the same issue. My game is not saving and I lost a few hours of progress. I don't know how to get it to save, please help.
