Shortkey for Extend feature #257

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Placing new building next to an existing one and looking at it's side triggers the extend feature.
Describe the solution you'd like
A new shortkey to disable the extend feature on the go, plus a tickable box in the mod menu to disable it by default would be nice.
