separate git_batch from tutorials

• workflows for data science
• workflows with reproducibility

git_batch:

• workflows run automatically

• tutorials must be in a separate repository.
• git_batch repository must focus on it's core tasks, which are:
  • stream-lined workflow
  • git push to start batch jobs
  • git pull to fetch results
