Allow user to set / control Accessibility Options #19

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As Mitein is a platform for all generations and will serve users of all backgrounds, it is important to deliver an accessible site.
It would be of great value to add a way of allowing the user to control certain elements of the page, in order to improve its accessibility.
This will ensure each user can have the most accessible experience for their own requirements.
Describe the solution you'd like
An options panel that allows the user to control the some or all of the following:
- Font size
- Contrast
- Cursor size
- Color inversion
- Font family (more readable)
- Reading line
Ideally the panel should be accessible from every page and not direct the user away from the page they are on e.g. in a modal or in the menu itself.
