Requirements are not properly defined in documentation

It looks like most of this was built for use with ShipIt, but there's nothing in the documentation. The "sync" command does not work, as it checks datadog for recent deploy events from ShipIt.

To do a pull you have to first create the "objects" directory, otherwise it fails.

Was this ever meant to be used as a standalone tool?

Exactly the same frustration. Based on the docs this seemed like exactly the tool I've been looking for to pull/push monitor definitions, but I can't make it work in the least bit.

Most commands just silently do nothing or throw an exception which doesn't explain a thing. I managed to pull one monitor using doggy pull 4165111 (monitor ID from URL), but it only works in a specific directory and nowhere else, and I have no idea why.
