The plug-in installed successfully and all the settings (API key, etc.) have been filled in. However, the "Method Title" field in the ShipHawk Settings is blank and cannot be edited.
In trying to add the ShipHawk method to a zone in the WooCommerce admin, ShipHawk does not show up in the drop-down menu for available methods. Only the three default WooCommerce methods show up.
