Symlinks

We currently have as an API, the idea for;
- `/file/`
- `/dir/`

but we should also support symlinks, under
- `/symlink/`

`/file/` should act transparently on `GET` and just return the linked file, and overwrite the symlink on `PUT`

`/dir/` should be ready to represent these, and return them in the api under a type
