Implement interaction of grid cells with the agents

Add that a cell increases its velocity value when an agent walks across it and increase the total count of users.

Very basic functionality is there. As of now the grid only detects an agent that is in a cell. To my knowledge there is no inbuilt solution to communicate between the geoagents and cell/rasterlayer classes. This makes things a bit more tricky for us. I implemented a simple function to figure out in which cell an agent is located (only at the start and the end of a move). However, we also need to detect when an agent is passing over several cells in one step. This will also be useful for the route finding.
Thus, we would probably need a function that detects which cells are located underneath a line in towards a given direction. I'm not sure if there are any elegant ways to use existing libraries to do that...
Maybe there is a way to use the neighbour functions of the raster layer but thus far I didn't manage to do so.

I added a function that extracts the cells under a line with given length in a given direction. This could be used for route finding by comparing how many intervals an agent can pass in a step.

I have a basic speed multiplier working based on the amount of times a cell has been passed.
