As a visitor, who makes an appointment i would like to be able to upload a file into the appointment form.
As the organizer i can work with the optionaly uploaded file very easy, either by opening the attachment in the mail i got, or by opening the attachment at the planned date in the calender.
Currently there are only available textarea, input (type: text / number), and dropdownlist.
An input of type file currently is rendered as input of type text.
The optional uploaded file should also be sent to the organizer and / or should be attached to the date in the calendar.
This feature would be a very big added value to this awesome module.
