Experiments in Art and Technology (E.A.T.) was a radical collaborative organization established in 1967 by artists Robert Rauschenberg, Robert Whitman, and engineers Billy Klüver, Fred Waldhauer following the 1966 collaborative performance of 9 Evenings: Theatre and Engineering.

The collaborative projects produced transcend the boundaries of art and technology and of the individual contributor / creator Individual artist

The Semantic Lab is currently working to transform archival metadata from digitized materials relating to E.A.T. from the Robert Rauschenberg Foundation Archives’ Robert Rauschenberg Collection and Photograph Collection to linked open data via Wikidata and soon a Semantic Lab Wikibase.
