Allow updating author and titles to sentence case

Sometimes titles and authors are retrieved in all caps. When this is the case we should have a quick function that allows updating these to sentence case.

e.g. SMITH, B. would become => Smith, B.
e.g. THIS IS MY AWESOME TITLE => This Is My Awesome Title

Maybe eventually we could build in natural support for lowercasing non-important title words, but to start just removing the caps would be helpful.

This should go into a set of functions on library maintenance.

^ that works. It doesn't do anything about non-important title words though, and according to the documentation for .title(), apostrophes throw it off (e.g. "JOHN'S" becomes "John'S").

Ideally we'd want to support apostrophes. Implementing this would also require implementing the document update method. Additionally, it would be good to build up support for the testing account, rather than messing around with a real user's account initially. I can provide my "testing" account if you'd like.
