• Add government contractor domains to Project ScanGov
• Add commercial domain filter

Thank you @mgifford. Given contractors play an important role in delivering government digital services, but also are uniquely positioned to provide awareness to government, it's a great opportunity to build alignment across the entire ecosystem.
