When running mkfs.flexalloc with the -m option it prints some of the help message of what seems to be DPDK. It happens no matter what device is passed, and even happens when mkfs.flexalloc fails. When running the executable with a large target drive, it takes a while before the help message appears. AKA, it's caused by some call after the "formatting"? of the drive.
