Log or cache metadata for new users joining a server #62
Description
It's common for bots to join servers en masse, and it can be troublesome for moderators to manually get all the IDs for newly joined uses (especially when they border on the hundreds or thousands). I propose a feature that logs incoming users and allows mass actions upon them.
Example commands:
-mod newUsers 15m- Lists all users who have joined within the last 15 minutes-mod massTimeBan 15m- Bans all users who have joined within the last 15 minutes
