Help needed

Very nice project,
can you tell me how to successfully connect to the desktop app from my android phone ?
I have a timeout error because the phon doesn't find the server (I think).

the exact message is :

java.net.ConnectException: failed to connect to /192.168.0.45 (port 8080) from /:: (port 40108): connect failed: ETIMEDOUT (Connection timed out)
...
Caused by: android.system.ErrnoException: connect failed: ETIMEDOUT (Connection timed out)
