Disable Login/Password for users using SSO

Disable the login fields via config, leaving SSO only.

Some users with SSO may have the ability to use local login methods or accounts on the same HS that don't use SSO? i.e a break glass admin account (at least in theory, I don't remember if they is possible with Matrix, just something to consider)

I’ll work on getting this made today as a new option in config.json.
