#118 — Persist referral code in URL query param

Description:
If the URL has ?ref=CODE, store the referral code in localStorage and pre-fill applyReferralCode on first trade confirmation. Enables affiliate link sharing.

Acceptance criteria:

• ?ref= param read in the Trade route loader
• Code stored in localStorage under so4-referral-code
• Auto-applied on first createIncreaseOrder if not already registered
