Who uses what in what NSI?

Received feature request from various statistical conferences:

• can we add some info on the awesome list which packages are being used at what NSIs?
  That would be useful extra info to determine where knowledge and experiences is available

Maybe possible to retrieve this information from conference papers (SDE / Uros / etc.)

• add a contact point per item?
• develop a strategy to remove items that are no longer awesome enough (not maintained or there are better)
