Remove unused files

I do not see files src/smlp_py/spec.py and src/smlp_py/train.py anymore, has anyone removed them recently?
Also, there is src/smlp_py/utils directory which only constants pycache directory -- likely this directory is redundant too?

src/smlp_py/{spec,train}.py are not part of the repository. You likely have them only locally and a git status (without -uno) should display those files as "untracked".
Similar with src/smlp_py/utils. This directory is not part of repository. In particular, git does only track files, not directories. So a bunch of empty directories are never part of the repository.

It's possible, to clean up untracked files (and directories) using the git clean -d command. However, be sure to run it with option -n first to see a list of this that would be removed. You can optionally also give it a PATH argument to restrict cleaning to that path.
