A typo in "NeillTropModel::setAllParameters"

instead of this:

      NeillLat = rxPos.getGeodeticLatitude();
      validHeight = true;
      NeillLat = rxPos.getHeight();
      validLat = true;

should be this:

      NeillLat = rxPos.getGeodeticLatitude();
      validLat = true;
      NeillHeight = rxPos.getHeight();
      validHeight = true;

the same issue is take place in MOPSTropModel::setAllParameters
