Add Mask init condition for individual walls

Use a boolean array of length 2*dim to specify walls at the bottom/top of each dimension.
Use a parameter to set the thickness.

Rename MaskInit.Walls to MaskInit.Plates.
Forward calls to Plates, Box, and Tube to the Walls init.
