Unable to reproduce the solution in the paper

I use . /train_base.sh to run the bart-base experiment to get the following experimental results:

Routge-l has a f-value difference of 0.3, why is this?
The following were my experimental environment：
gpu：3090/2080
cuda: 11.1.105
pytorch: 1.10.1
system: ubutu 18.04
