[BUG] Under WIN10, icons of Debug and Ochestrator Modes can't display.

I have analyzed this issue and here is my proposed implementation plan:

Root Cause: The Debug mode uses the beetle emoji (U+1FAB2) and the Orchestrator mode uses the boomerang emoji (U+1FA83). Both are from Emoji 13.0, introduced in 2020. Windows 10 only supports up to Emoji 12.0, so these characters render as broken/missing glyphs. The other three built-in modes (Architect, Code, Ask) use older emoji that display fine.

Proposed Fix:

1. In packages/types/src/mode.ts, replace the two Emoji 13.0 characters in DEFAULT_MODES with well-supported alternatives from Emoji 1.0:

   • Debug: replace "🪲 Debug" with "🐛 Debug" (bug emoji, U+1F41B, Emoji 1.0 -- universally supported)
   • Orchestrator: replace "🪃 Orchestrator" with "🔀 Orchestrator" (shuffle arrows, U+1F500, Emoji 1.0 -- universally supported)

2. Update the corresponding test expectations in src/shared/__tests__/modes.spec.ts to match the new emoji.

This is a minimal, low-risk change that fixes the rendering issue on Windows 10 (and older platforms) while preserving the semantic meaning of each icon.

Thanks for the approval! I've seen the comment and will proceed with the fix -- replacing the Emoji 13.0 characters (beetle and boomerang) with universally supported alternatives. I'll open a PR shortly to share progress.

Opened PR #12031 with the fix -- replaced the Emoji 13.0 characters (beetle and boomerang) with universally supported Emoji 1.0 alternatives (bug and shuffle arrows). All tests, lint, and type checks pass. Feedback welcome!
