"Quick add conditions" feature

Ability to add multiple conditions with the same type and category to the same proxy rule.
How it works:

1. Select PAC, hit "Quick add" button
2. In dialog select category, type, proxy rule using drop-down lists
3. add list of expressions to add
4. Hit "OK" button
