Add support for verilog

Add support for icarus-verilog & ghdl but check that parallels isn't installed before installing ghdl

Support for gtkwave not ghdl!!
brew install --cask gtkwave

Setup doesn't work, app is outdated (not compatible with macOS 14) so won't be done for now
