Sometimes after restroring state from file empty areas appear

In some unpredictable cases (probably, when user drags out all PM tabs from same container to separate containers), after deserializations, some empty wrappers appear. User can close them without any problem, but nevertheless that seems to be annoying. 

If required, I'll try to extract serialization data out from my custom wrapper to share with.
