APP no longer work with new realase v4.15864 "Radium"

I suppose the app needs to be upgraded. The screenshot eplains the isse.

Only works with https://github.com/RfidResearchGroup/proxmark3/releases/tag/v4.13441 to my knowledge. You should stick to that version for now.
As you can see, there has been no development on this APP for 14 months now. Not sure the devs have any available resource to work on it at this point.
I would love to help, but I am quite inexperienced with coding.
