If you wish to delete your RePromptt account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.
- Open the RePromptt mobile app.
- Navigate to Profile → Account Option → Account.
- Confirm your email to permanently delete your account.
⚠️ Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:
- Your email address
- Your account ID
- Your login credentials
- Your subscription and premium access status (if any)
- We do not retain any user data after account deletion.
- No backups of deleted user accounts are stored.
- Stripe billing metadata (email, payment history) may be retained as per Stripe’s privacy policy for compliance purposes.
