need to bind mount .git/annex folder targets of ephemeral clones

as ran into by @jcf2 , if we use ephemeral clone of repronim/containers, we need to bind mount also the directory where .git/annex points to.  One possible "complication" is that we might want to go through all subdatasets for that too.
