To Fix Navbar

• Navbar is being scrolled with page.

Description

Currently , when user scroll-down the RDS website, the navbar is scrolled down .
So this feature will make the navbar sticky and make it visible even after scrolling down the website.

I have solved this issue can you please check and merge it
