Refactor code changes in JS.js into upstream Jumbosocket project

Originally we didn't have a JS.js package available in NPM. Now we do. Please refactor your "server" specific enhancements (not SMILE related) into the upstream project. We want to completely remove JS.js from this project and instead include it as a package.json dependency.
