[Suggestion] Config Option to Have Eye of The Storm Text Appear Above Hotbar? #330

Feature/Idea
The Aether has a config option that allows for The Slider's interaction text (when you interact with it using the wrong tool) to appear above the hotbar rather than in chat. Can a similar option be added for the Eye of The Storm's interaction text?
Value of Proposition
Consistency with both The Aether and Vanilla Minecraft (all messages where the player communicates to themselves in Minecraft appear above the hotbar).
