⚠️ Enhancment Needed

• 🗒️ Update description and info.
• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Make the repo follow the community guidelines.
• ❌ Make the Repo Cleaner by removing useless empty files.
• 🆕 Edit the README.md file so that it only contains a listing of all repo content and a guide for newcomers to understand what is the repo is talking about.
• ♻️ Move README.md old contents into a new Folder Git Playground folder.
