Streamline image upload UX

Summary

The image upload feature is buried in the EditPanel right drawer with jargon-heavy helper text ("Override the device type front image for this placement"). Users who want to add their own device photos can't easily find or use the feature.

Deliverables

• Streamline image upload — drag-drop support in palette, not buried in EditPanel
• Image sharing via layout exports (needs architectural design — bundled images are static Vite assets, user-uploaded images are in-memory blobs/dataUrls; export format needs to handle both)

Success Criteria

A user can upload a custom device image in 3 or fewer clicks from the palette.
