Adapt AixLib multizone to new modular ahu model

The current air handling unit model used in the Aixlib multizone is outdated. A new modular ahu has been implemented and integrated into the Aixlib.
Therefore the export of AixLib models in TEASER needs to be adapted.

The necessary changes shall be made in this issue.
