PorterOS // Hotel Valet Operations

Tagline: The Operating System for Hotel Valet Intelligence

PorterOS is a high-fidelity concept system for hotel valet operations focused on speed, visibility, damage protection, and clean dispatching — designed as a portfolio case study and as a redesign proposal candidate for PMC.

Import workflow: unzip → drag SVG files into Figma → convert key groups to AutoLayout as needed.

Core Capabilities (Current)

  • Attendant check-in + intake (phone-first; optional room)
  • Request queue + retrieval flow
  • Guest mobile web view states + elapsed timer updates
  • DriveDesk guest lookup (front desk coordination)
  • Scheduled pickups + audit flows (ticket scan concept)
  • PMC-style navigation variant (v9)

Project Intent

This project is built to demonstrate:

  • Systems thinking + scalable patterns
  • Practical workflow improvements (measurable, repeatable)
