Hardware, Encoder Knob Too Tight on Shaft

A clear and concise description of what the failure / bug is. Describe the problem NOT the fix.
Short Summary of the expected behavior:
The encoder knob should go on to the shaft with out interference and minimal friction.

Short Summary of the buggy behavior:
When 3D printed from the STL file the part could not be forced on to the encoder shaft.
Lee found that he could change the XY compensation -0.2 mm and it fit much better

Nagham (@nk25719 ) had a similar experience.

Error Analysis.
Looking at the FreeCAD file as of 20260403 the diameter is specified smaller than the 6mm of the encoder.

The Flat should also be specified per the data sheet.
